The purpose of our running club is to inspire and support individuals of all levels, to achieve their personal goals through the joy of running, and nature. We strive to create a welcoming & inclusive community that encourages camaraderie, connection, & accountability.
Our club is dedicated to providing resources, training opportunities, and a supportive environment to help our members lead active & fulfilling lives, through the power of running.

The Tuscarawas County portion of the Towpath Trail is a key component of the 110-mile Ohio & Erie Canalway. Stretching from Cleveland to the north, & New Philadelphia the south. This trail is utilized by runners/hikers on the Zoar Valley Trail and the Buckeye Trail, & also serves as a link between Tuscarawas and Stark Counties via the Aqueduct Bridge over the Tuscarawas River.
At the Ft. Laurens Museum trailhead runners/hikers can access nearly 6 miles of trail leading to SR 800, offering a scenic route passing by notable landmarks such as Ft. Laurens Museum (a Revolutionary War fort site), a modern bridge crossing over I-77, Towpath Mile Markers 81-83, Canal Locks 7-10, the Historic Iron Bridge, and Zoar Village (a National Historic Landmark).
Make sure you take the chance to visit the Zoar Wetland Arboretum close by for a full immersion in the stunning beauty of nature.

Events
The BRC is helping organize this years Festival 5K. The Bolivar Main Street Association put our efforts into the community by offering multiple events that are free and open to the public.
One of the things we love to do is share races happening in different parts of Ohio with our members, so they can stay in the loop about all the exciting events taking place.
Fundraising
As a non-profit organization, we have not started fundraising for the BRC.
Rest assured, we will keep you informed about any fundraising opportunities as they come up.
